Discussion:

A large complete specimen of this distinctive productid.

Viewer Comments:

This is a wonderful specimen and matches illustrations of the type
specimen of the species almost exactly. This large gigantoproductid
has a wide hingeline and weakly developed radial plications and small
concentric rugation.  G. striato-sulcatus is only distantly related to
the type species of Gigantoproductus.
